Refund & Cancellation Policy
EduNova Studio — operated by Adit Goel

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all Service Orders placed through edunova.click, operated by Adit Goel as EduNova Studio ("we", "us"). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, available at /legal/terms.
EduNova Studio provides freelance digital services only — no physical products are sold or shipped. All deliverables are digital files or online services.
1. General Eligibility
1.1. Refund requests are evaluated based on the specific nature of the Service, the stage of work completed, and the circumstances described in Sections 3–7 below.
1.2. By placing an Order, you acknowledge that our Services involve skilled digital work that begins upon your confirmation via WhatsApp. Refund eligibility depends on how much work has been completed at the time of the request.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
2.1. You may cancel your Order at no charge at any time before we confirm that work has commenced.
2.2. To cancel, send a message to edunova1125@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 89305 98651 with your Order ID.
2.3. A full refund of any advance paid will be issued if cancellation is received before work commences.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
3.1. If you cancel an Order after work has commenced, a refund will be evaluated based on the proportion of work completed:
- Less than 25% complete — a refund of 50% to 75% of the amount paid will be issued, based on the proportion of work completed, communicated to you in writing.
- 25%–75% complete — a partial refund may be offered, reflecting unused work effort.
- More than 75% complete — no refund is due, as the bulk of the skilled work has been delivered.
3.2. The stage of completion will be communicated to you along with any refund decision.
4. Revision Policy
4.1. We offer reasonable revisions as agreed at the time of each Order. Minor adjustments to completed work are included within the agreed scope.
4.2. Requests for revisions that significantly change the original brief may be treated as a new Order or may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
4.3. Dissatisfaction with the final output, where the work was completed in accordance with the agreed requirements, does not automatically entitle you to a refund. We encourage you to request revisions first.
5. Refunds for Deficient or Incorrect Deliverables
5.1. If the delivered work contains significant errors that are our fault — meaning the work does not match the confirmed requirements — you are entitled to:
- A free correction or redo of the specific deficient part, or
- A partial or full refund, at our discretion, depending on the severity of the issue.
5.2. Please report such issues within 3 days of delivery with supporting details and screenshots/descriptions. Claims raised after this window may not be eligible for a full refund.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- You changed your mind after work commenced and the work was completed as agreed.
- You provided incomplete, incorrect, or unclear requirements and did not communicate corrections before delivery.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after the work was delivered per the confirmed brief.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery of the final file without a prior complaint raised.
- Orders where you have already downloaded, used, or shared the delivered work.
7. Subscription Plans (if applicable)
Note: Subscription plans are not currently active. This section will apply when plans become available.
7.1. If you have subscribed to a recurring plan offered by EduNova Studio, you may cancel at any time.
7.2. No refund is due for subscription periods already utilised. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
7.3. Partial-month or partial-period refunds are not available for subscriptions unless we have failed to deliver any Services within that period.
8. Refund Method and Timeline
8.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
8.2. Refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment (UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed method).
8.3. For payments made in cash, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer to an account you provide.
8.4. Processing time may vary based on your bank. We are not responsible for delays on the bank or payment network's end.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. We shall not be liable for delays in delivery or refund processing caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power or internet outages, illness, natural disasters, or failure of third-party platforms.
10. Abuse Prevention
10.1. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we identify patterns of bad-faith use, such as repeated cancellations after work has commenced, misrepresentation of requirements, or use of delivered work after a refund has been requested.
